FARES & CONDITIONS

FARES 2024 - packaged fares for groups of maximum 20-25 people depending on the sites and museums policy

  • up to 3 hours = from 280 euros (ask me directly for a precise and updated rate)

  • up to 4 hours = from 320 euros (ask me directly for a precise and updated rate)

  • full day (7 hours) = from 650 euros depending on the program

  • OLYMPIC GAMES 2024 - special rates upon request

ARE NOT INCLUDED ​

  • entrance fees to the sites  

  • headphones connected to a guide transmitter

    • ​ ​If you are more than 6 people, I strongly recommend the use of this small equipment which makes all the difference in the quality of the visit (estimate 2 euros per person per 1/2 day)

  • "Right to speak" in museums

    • Some museums (Louvre, Orsay, Opéra Garnier, Versailles)...) apply a right to speak for public speaking. Consult me ​

  • Any transport costs if outside Paris (based on RATP and SNCF fares)​

RESERVATION OF MUSEUMS

I can gladly help you and assist you in some  reservations for admission to museums in order to facilitate the procedures. BUT, not being a travel agent, I disclaim all responsibility when booking these entries. Depending on your programme and the number of reservations, this service can be charged.

You can also take advantage of the passes put in place by the sites themselves to benefit from queue cuts

TO GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION

a 50% deposit is required to guarantee the visit. This deposit can be made by check or ideally by bank transfer. The balance is paid on the spot

CANCELLATIONS

from the customer (you)

  • full refund up to 7 days before the booked tour date

  • 50% refund between 2 and 7 days before the date of the reserved visit

  • no refund if cancellation occurs 48 hours prior to booked tour date

from the organizer (me) ​

  • In the case

    • last minute emergency ,  I will do my best to suggest a colleague who works in the same spirit as me. In this case, no compensation will be made.

    • if no solution was offered to me to have me replaced, the service will be fully refunded

  • If it is impossible to provide the service for reasons beyond my control, following  

    • last-minute government decisions (COVID)

    • unscheduled and unannounced strike

only a partial refund of the total value of the service will be considered (50%). Of course, I will do my best to find a suitable solution for both of us.
